UK Delivery Charges

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £30 delivered to a UK mainland address. Orders under £30 are charged at £4.95 delivery.

UK mainland does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - we will let you have a quote on orders to these destinations, based on weight. Please order on line as usual and we will come back to you with a quote. No money will be taken from your credit card until you have accepted the delivery charge. Alternatively, you can phone or email and ask for a phone.

UK Mainland Delivery - Delivery times specified on product

All UK mainland deliveries from stock should be delivered according to the times listed on each product.

For orders with longer lead times, like the Special Order items we will ring and let you know what the likely delivery date is when we have received your order. Of course, you are welcome to ring and find out before you order..

Very occasionally, the specified delivery is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee this service. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

Next Day Delivery

We are sorry but Next Day Delivery is not a standard option on The Raclette and Fondue. However, it is usually available - please call.

Signed for Delivery only

We only deliver when the goods are signed for.

This is for everyone's benefit as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
