Are the Kuchenprofi Hot Stone Raclettes made for the commmercial market?

To be honest, as I had always sold the Kuchenprofi Raclettes to the domestic market, I did not know the answer to this question straight away. A surprisingly well informed restaurant customer confirmed that he had already researched it, and yes, they were suitable for commercial establishments.
I always knew that the Kuchenprofi Raclettes were good, but this latest feedback confirms this. To withstand commercial use, as well as to comply with commercial health and safety legislation, means that the Kuchenprofi Raclette must be very good quality indeed.
