More on Kuchenprofi Raclettes and use in a commercial setting....

About a month ago a customer advised me that he had researched the issue of whether the Kuchenprofi raclettes were suitable for the commercial market. His answer was that yes they were. He has ordered quite a few from us, which he uses to have raclette nights or raclette parties at his restaurant.

That said, I have checked some more detailed instructions from Kuchenprofi that said that the raclettes were designed for domestic purposes.

So, the jury is out. My restaurant customer seems very happy, but the instructions say domestic only. I can only add that they are very good quality - I have only had one fault reported in 4 years of selling them.
