I bought a Spring Raclette from you a few years ago. Don't you do them any more?

Unfortunately, Spring, who were the best known make of Raclettes and Fondues in Switzerland, sadly went into administration at the beginning of the recession. They took their well known raclettes and grills with them.

On the up side, Kuchenprofi have bought Spring from the administrators and should be bringing out the Spring Raclettes and Fondues again when all the re-organisation has gone through. It does seem to be taking some time, as I was hoping for Spring Fondues and Raclettes for last Christmas, and now I am hoping they will be here for Christmas 2010!

So the answer is that I hope to be doing the Spring range again soon, but don't yet have a sure date.
