All purpose Fondue Set

Posting date: 8th March 2011 13:08

Q I am looking for a fondue set that will do both meat and cheese fondues. Can you point me in the right direction?

A A good quality, all purpose fondue set that we do is made in cast iron. Staub Mixte Fondue Sets will get hot enough to adequatly heat the oil for a meat fondue, but also are sufficiently non stick that you can also use them for melted cheese without the risk of the cheese burning easily, as it does in the stainless steel fondues. Here is the link to the choice of colours Staub Mixte Fondue Set .

Hope this helps - Claire
