Why is the Kuchenprofi Raclette better than cheaper brands?

Posting date: 7th November 2011 13:39

Q We have a raclette which is not great. The cheese underneath never melts. Which is better the hot stone or the grill? You sell only 1 brand - why is this better than other cheaper brands or in fact swissmar. I like the look of your product but need to be persuaded why to go for your more expensive product. Thanks

A Thank you for your enquiry. Okay - A traditional grill plate raclette like the Kuchenprofi Grande featured on our site, is ideally suited for barbecuing meat, seafood or vegetables whereas the hot stone raclette gives a more "baked" finish to food. As such it is really a matter of which style you would prefer, rather than which is better. They are both exceptionally good products.

I attach a link below to our article on choosing a brand and this will tell you all you need to know about the manufacturer Kuchenprofi.

Choosing a brand - Kuchenprofi

If it goes any way to reassuring you, we have never had a Kuchenprofi Grill returned because the customer was unhappy with the quality - and we have been selling them since 2007.

I hope this answers your questions, but if you do need anything further then just let me know.

Kind regards - Laura Robinson

Best wishes - Claire
